The Beauty Bar Salon and Spa Service Policies & Guidelines
The salon policies are a useful resource for our clients to refer to as a guide to the operational policies of The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa. Our goal is to ensure all of our clients enjoy the atmosphere and environment at The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
Any unused unopened products can be returned for a full refund or exchange for equal value within 7 days of purchase.
REDO/REFUND POLICY FOR SALON SERVICES
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to redo the service prior to your departure from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services.
DEPOSIT
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This allows us to cover our time in the event you cancel your appointment we can however reschedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee your booking without this deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you notify us at 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a no show.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. There will be a $45 no show fee charged on your next visit in order to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.
CHILDREN
To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we ask that if you must bring your children to your appointment that they please be well behaved. Children who are in the salon may never be left alone and must be supervised at all times by their parents. Our stylists have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of the child safety. The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa cannot be held liable for the supervision of children in the salon nor parental injuries or damage.
PAYMENT
The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, Gift cards and cash. Payment for services must be made prior to leaving the salon. For security reasons, payments will be collected beginning one hour prior to closing.
REMOVAL
We recommend our professional stylist remove hair extensions or any other hair install. To ensure the removal process is done correctly. The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa is not responsible for any damage to hair caused hair extension removal done by third parties other than professional stylists at The Beauty Bar Salon And Spa.
